Holiday Cooking

Snow is falling in a more gentle fashion.  It's the eve before the eve before the eve of Christmas Eve!
We've stirred up a new sugar cookie recipe, gingerbread cookie dough is in the fridge, we've been munching on chex mix, cranberry-almond chocolate, chocolate pretzels & pecans.  Homemade pizza dough with Italian lamb sausage & roasted veggies straightened our diets somewhat out for our evening meal.  It was complimented beautifully by an Argentine Malbec.  The cattle are we await the celebration of Christ's birth.  Happy Holidays everyone!
